TRAVELBUG….
My name is Fiza and yes, I was made (born) in Malaysia! I’ve caught the travel bug and I’ve been obsessed with exploring the world, meeting new people, capturing images and experiencing the naked truth of each place I’ve been. My travel journey began in 1999 and I’ve been to 50 countries so far (but who’s counting?!).
As an educator, I firmly believe that travel is the best kind of education one can offer oneself. Travel creates a dissonance in your mundane world and challenges you to step out of your comfort zone. It shocks your system and energizes it all in the same breath. Travel allows you to take a moment to reflect not only on the differences but on the things that unites us as citizens of the world.
My goal with this site is plain and simple. I hope to inspire you to live up to your fullest potential and chase your own adventures. I hope to inspire and motivate you to push your boundaries. I hope to share stories that resonates with your existence. I hope you’ll realize that you don’t need to be rich, wait for that special someone or wait until retirement age to travel. Life is short and the world is vast. Go out there and explore!
